All physical products from Bedazzled & Things are processed and shipped within 7–14 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation with tracking information (if applicable).
Please note that some items are custom-made or tailored, and may require additional processing time beyond the standard 7–14 business days. We take great care to ensure each custom item meets our quality standards.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen delays with the shipping carrier.
Returns, Exchanges & Disputes
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any products.
For custom items and wigs, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Exchanges may be permitted only if the item meets our exchange requirements.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned within a reasonable timeframe to be eligible for an exchange.
